We had a fantastic experience with Hamptons Homes Sydney with our renovation and rebuild project completed in 2024/25. This was our first time building and renovating a home, and at the beginning we felt quite overwhelmed by the process. From day one, the team were supportive, professional, and incredibly patient, walking us through each stage and clearly explaining any upcoming decisions we needed to make. Our site manager Daniel was great at suggesting smart design improvements and identifying cost-saving options wherever possible, which really helped us stay on budget without compromising on quality. We felt supported throughout the journey and are extremely happy with the end result.

We recently completed our family home with HHS, and we could not recommend them more highly. The standard to which they build is impeccable. What stood out to us throughout the entire process was not only the quality of the finished home, but the care and pride they put into every stage of the build. Dane has clearly invested in his team, ensuring that even the most junior members are delivering work to the highest standard. At every point, they gave us options that were both practical and beautiful. They really listened to what we wanted and consistently found superb solutions and finishes for us to choose from. From the moment I first engaged with Dane, communication was responsive, clear, direct, and highly informative. He and the team were excellent at keeping us in the loop and making sure we always understood what was happening. Building a home can feel like a long and stressful process, but they genuinely took so much of that load off us and made us feel completely confident that everything was under control. The whole team were also such a pleasure to work with. Going into a build, we really had no idea what to expect, but over time we formed a close working relationship with so many of them. We trusted them with what is not only our largest family project, but also our biggest investment, and they delivered above and beyond in every respect. Whether it was communicating with our neighbours or helping everyone around the build feel at ease, we always felt there was genuine care in what they were doing, not just for their own reputation, but for us as a family. It was a large and sometimes complex build, but there was never a point where they did not have a solution. They were calm, practical and proactive, and always found a way forward. One of the things that gave us enormous confidence from the beginning was Dane’s understanding of cost. Before we even had our DA approved, he gave us a clear indication of budget and he was absolutely on the money. For the largest investment we will likely ever make, having someone so experienced and accurate in their assessment made it easy to trust the process. Even with additions and unforeseen costs along the way, he remained incredibly accurate and transparent. Since moving into the home, they have continued to support us with final defects and the small things that naturally need fixing or adjusting once you are living in the space. Even after handover, they have been just as dependable as they were during the build. I would highly recommend Dane, Daniel, and the team to anyone. Throughout the entire process I always felt safe, supported and in very capable hands. We are incredibly grateful for the home they have created for our family.
